My jaw is still on the ground with this baby! 4 months ago I ordered an RO227 because I wanted a smaller body guitar. A beautiful RD227 (oops) arrived on my
doorstep, and I decided to hold on to it. I struggled some with the V neck on the 227, but loved the guitar. Then a month ago I was playing the guitar
outside and noticed some finish issues that looked like water marks. The guitar was under warranty, so I sent it back to Guitar Hut and asked if there was any
way of replacing the RD227 with a ROC 56 CFE. Paul didn't have a 56, but he sent a 57 instead. What a great guitar! Beautiful looks, sound, etc.
It's got some old strings on it, so I'm changing them out after I type this note. The 57 has a 1 3/4" nut and a slim neck. I think this is a
match made in heaven. I'll post more as I've had some more time with her.
