As you may have noticed, I haven't been around as much lately, my kids and I have been shooting trap and plinking on the weekends so there has been less
time for guitar lately. About a month ago my daughter was having her little friends over for a pre-prom fingernail and toenail painting party (
yeah, I know), so I put my Taylor 510 and Stanford away.
(They are in the basement, the Taylor 810 is in my bedroom). So, the party comes and goes and I have very little time and mostly have been noodling in my
room, and then a week or 2 ago, since the 510 case was in front, got that out and spent what little time I had playing that. Finally last Sunday I had some
time and pulled out the Stanford. After one month I had forgotten how UNBELIEVABLE that guitar is. If you have one you know what I'm talking about, if
you don't have one get one. I'm just sayin.

. Even so the Stanfords tonally stand out. Impressive. It is good to take a
break. I've actually been feeling very musically uninspired lately......
. It hasn't been a good '09 in a lot of ways, I hate to say.
